I've been writing songs since I was 15. I live in Canada but I have East European background (you can tell by my name, but no impaler jokes please  ). I have a day job and I am not desperate about getting public acknowledment or appreciation. Music is my passion and a gift from above and I find enough excitement in the process of creation to not depend on whether or not my songs will ever hit it big. Do most of my recording at home mostly using (I'm an IT guy after all), collaborating with my brother Stan across the ocean - which is a lot of fun...Likes: I am a mainstream pop/rock/blues guy, I like strong vocals, good guitar work, solid harmonies, slow ballads in minor key, good old hard rock, smooth jazz Dislikes: generally I am not really into rap music, hip hop or alternative... although I still hear a piece here and there every now and then that I still find myself liking  |
